A premier southern lot on Miami's Venetian Islands offered something rare: unobstructed views of both the bay and the downtown skyline from a single vantage point. The double-height entry opens to communal living areas that flow seamlessly beneath 12-foot ceilings. The Boffi kitchen, chef's prep area, family room, dining space, and entertainment bar were conceived as interconnected zones rather than separate rooms, allowing the family to move fluidly between cooking, gathering, and relaxing. Automated doors in the living room erase the boundary between interior and exterior, making the outdoor living area feel like a natural extension of the home's footprint.

Our material palette remained deliberately restrained—neutral tones, clean lines, abundant natural light—allowing the water and skyline to provide all the visual drama needed. Floor-to-ceiling glass throughout ensures every room engages with the surroundings, while carefully selected finishes and meticulous craftsmanship maintain the level of quality the location demands.
